Currently directing digital customer experience at the National Association of REALTORS® — where I've led the redesign of NAR.com, launched a mobile app that reached 85,000+ monthly users within six months, and presented UX strategy to audiences of 700+ industry stakeholders.
Before that, I spent years in experiential and agency work — concepting campaigns for Amazon, GEICO, and Southwest Airlines at Redpeg Marketing, and designing award-winning interactive installations for Marvel and the Smithsonian at Brightline Interactive.
I founded my first interactive agency, 8FoldMedia, early in my career — so I understand what it means to build something from nothing and make every decision count.
My approach hasn't changed much: understand the business goal, listen hard to users, and lead a team that cares about getting it right. The projects change. The discipline stays the same.
